Youth Exchange
Program |
|
|
Welcome to Rotary D 3400 (Indonesia) Youth Exchange Program Rotary Youth Exchange Program is the most powerful force in the promotion of International understanding and peace that is exposed to different cultures. The world becomes a smaller, friendlier place when we learn that all people - regardless of their nationality — desire the same basic things: a safe, comfortable environment that allows a rich and satisfying life for our children and ourselves.
Youth Exchange provides thousands of young people with plants the the seeds for a lifetime of international understanding with the opportunity to meet people from other parts of the world and to experience their cultures.
Rotary's student exchange programs, which are staffed by volunteers, provide the opportunity for young people from our District each year to spend an academic year abroad for little more than the cost of airfare. The information provided here, is the starting point of exploring the benefits of the Rotary Youth Exchange program for you or your Student.
Every year, almost 10,000 young people from 66 countries see the world the way it is best seen - from the inside out - through Rotary's Youth Exchange program.

End POLIO Now |
|
|
Your contribution
will help Rotary raise $200 million to match $355
million in challenge grants received from the Bill &
Melinda Gates Foundation. The resulting $555 million
will directly support immunization campaigns in
developing countries, where polio continues to
infect and paralyze children, robbing them of their
futures and compounding the hardships faced by their
families.
